Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Frederick Charles Vipont Ede achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in March 2013. In the Modern Art auction, the work Paysage A La Riviere sold for EUR 4,891.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Frederick Charles Vipont Ede; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Aux bords du Lumain sold at auction in June 2004 with the realized price of GBP 6,572.50 (€ 9,781.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Frederick Charles Vipont Ede erzielte im März 2013 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Paysage A La Riviere für EUR 4.891,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Frederick Charles Vipont Ede; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Aux bords du Lumain im Juni 2004 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 6.572,50 (€ 9.781,85).
