Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 25.250,00 (€ 29.914,43) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Franz Xaver Kosler auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Arrival of the Caravan im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 107.100,00 (€ 126.979,10).
