Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Norrlandsgatan by Frans Wilhelm Odelmark for SEK 17,000.00 (€ 1,856.50). This price was achieved in the auction The Spring Classic Sale, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frans Wilhelm Odelmark achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Swedish A Street In Cairo in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 18,500.00 (€ 23,532.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Norrlandsgatan von Frans Wilhelm Odelmark für SEK 17.000,00 (€ 1.856,50) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Spring Classic Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frans Wilhelm Odelmark erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Swedish A Street In Cairo im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.500,00 (€ 23.532,81).
