The work "Gata i Kairo" by Frans Wilhelm Odelmark was sold in the Lilla Bukowskis S191 auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in February 2010. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 13,000.00 (€ 1,339.97), 30% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frans Wilhelm Odelmark achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Swedish A Street In Cairo in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 18,500.00 (€ 23,532.81).

Die Arbeit "Gata i Kairo" von Frans Wilhelm Odelmark wurde im Februar 2010 in der Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S191 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 13.000,00 (€ 1.339,97) und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frans Wilhelm Odelmark erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Swedish A Street In Cairo im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.500,00 (€ 23.532,81).
