Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sunday Morning, Ards, Co. Donegal by Frank McKelvey was auctioned at Bonhams in London in July last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,925.00 (€ 10,658.04). Admittedly, works by Frank McKelvey have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The sunlit bench in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 40,800.00 (€ 60,039.96).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sunday Morning, Ards, Co. Donegal von Frank McKelvey kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.925,00 (€ 10.658,04) einen neuen Besitzer.
