In the 19th Century European Art Including Russian Pictures auction, the work Portrait of a lady, bust-length, in a red headscarf sold for GBP 3,360.00 (€ 4,945.54) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Duveneck achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Florentine Girl in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 248,000.00 (€ 293,317.56).

In der Auktion 19th Century European Art Including Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Portrait of a lady, bust-length, in a red headscarf für GBP 3.360,00 (€ 4.945,54) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frank Duveneck erzielen.
