Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2017 Sothebys in Zurich held the auction Swiss Art / Swiss Made, which included the work Tête De Jeune Fille by François de Ribaupierre. The price achieved of CHF 15,000.00 (€ 13,713.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by François de Ribaupierre have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait eines Walliser Mädchens. in July last year with an auction result of CHF 61,300.00 (€ 63,156.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2017 führte Sothebys in Zürich die Auktion Swiss Art / Swiss Made durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tête De Jeune Fille von François de Ribaupierre zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 15.000,00 (€ 13.713,08) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von François de Ribaupierre auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait eines Walliser Mädchens. im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 61.300,00 (€ 63.156,67).
