Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2012 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Nineteen to Now, which included the work Les Bonnard by François Batet. It changed hands for a price of EUR 4,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by François Batet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Soirée Chez Maxim'S in October 2008 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 49,282.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2012 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Nineteen to Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les Bonnard von François Batet zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 4.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von François Batet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Soirée Chez Maxim'S im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 49.282,45).
