A top price for Franco Grignani
When the work Proiezione accumulata (Accumulated Projection) by Franco Grignani was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2016, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - GBP 35,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than three times as high at GBP 106,250.00 (€ 118,365.72). This high result makes Proiezione accumulata (Accumulated Projection) the most expensive artwork by Franco Grignani that we have observed at auctions so far.
