Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Elide by Franco Francese was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Milan in May 2008. The price achieved of EUR 5,625.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Franco Francese have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2006 the work Imbarco K1670 was auctioned for EUR 7,688.00.
