In the The BAT Artventure Collection Formerly Known as the Peter Stuyvesant Collection, Part Two auction, the work Structure Permutationelle B 11 A sold for EUR 17,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francisco Sobrino - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Permutationelle M, which sold at auction in March 2020 for USD 47,500.00 (€ 43,068.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Francisco Sobrino erzielte im April 2011 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The BAT Artventure Collection Formerly Known as the Peter Stuyvesant Collection, Part Two wurde die Arbeit Structure Permutationelle B 11 A für EUR 17.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Francisco Sobrino mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Permutationelle M beobachtet, die im März 2020 für USD 47.500,00 (€ 43.068,27) versteigert wurde.
