The auction ended at the price of USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,137.96), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francisco Matto - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Constructivo en rojo y azul, which sold at auction in May 2015 for USD 56,250.00 (€ 51,164.27).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.137,96) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Francisco Matto mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Constructivo en rojo y azul beobachtet, die im Mai 2015 für USD 56.250,00 (€ 51.164,27) versteigert wurde.
