It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,017.90) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Francis Sartorius have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Full Cry in April 2015 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 72,791.61).
