In the California and Western Art Online auction, the work Sunlit Path sold for USD 2,805.00 (€ 2,293.54) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francis John McComas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cliff Dwellings in November last year with an auction result of USD 164,175.00 (€ 159,038.07).
