In April 2018 Christies in New York held the auction Old Masters Part II, which included the work Saint Leonard Between Saint Lawrence Giustiniani, Saint Andrew And Saint Nicholas by Francesco Salvator Fontebasso. The »bidding war« ended at USD 35,000.00 (€ 28,987.91), 40% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Francesco Salvator Fontebasso have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Annunciation in January 2007 with an auction result of USD 312,000.00 (€ 240,036.93).

Im April 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Old Masters Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Saint Leonard Between Saint Lawrence Giustiniani, Saint Andrew And Saint Nicholas von Francesco Salvator Fontebasso zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 28.987,91) und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Francesco Salvator Fontebasso auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Annunciation im Januar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 312.000,00 (€ 240.036,93).
