Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Garofani by Fiorenzo Tomea for EUR 900.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 950.00 – 1,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fiorenzo Tomea achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spiaggia in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 70,500,000.00 (€ 60,463.12).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Garofani von Fiorenzo Tomea für EUR 900,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 950,00 – 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fiorenzo Tomea erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spiaggia im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 70.500.000,00 (€ 60.463,12).
