The work SELF #6 by Fika Leon was auctioned at Christies in December last year. It achieved a price of EUR 11,970.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50 %. Admittedly, works by Fika Leon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Family Safari in April last year with an auction result of GBP 88,200.00 (€ 105,175.38).

Die Arbeit SELF #6 von Fika Leon kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Christies zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 11.970,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fika Leon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Family Safari im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 88.200,00 (€ 105.175,38).
