Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Pilottt by Fika Leon was sold in the 20th/21st Century Art Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in October last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 52,920.00 (€ 6,781.47). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fika Leon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Family Safari in April last year with an auction result of GBP 88,200.00 (€ 105,175.38).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Pilottt von Fika Leon wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 52.920,00 (€ 6.781,47) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fika Leon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Family Safari im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 88.200,00 (€ 105.175,38).
