Artwork auctioned at five times the upper estimate price
The work L'Atelier - 1964 by Fermín Aguayo was worth EUR 8,450.00 to a buyer in December 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Post-War & Contemporary - Day Sale at Artcurial in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Fermín Aguayo; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Composition sold at auction in March 2015 with the realized price of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 12,097.34).

Die Arbeit L'Atelier - 1964 von Fermín Aguayo war einem Käufer im Dezember 2021 EUR 8.450,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary - Day Sale bei Artcurial in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Fermín Aguayo; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Composition im März 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 12.097,34).
