Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Of Anna Maria Carpegna Naro (1651-1731), Half Length, Wearing A Dress With Fine Lace And Pink Bows by Jacob Ferdinand Voet was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2013. The price achieved of GBP 17,500.00 (€ 21,049.79) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jacob Ferdinand Voet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of Philippe, Duc de Vendôme (1655-1727), Grand Prior of the Knights of Malta in France, bust-length, in a feigned oval in December 2010 with an auction result of GBP 99,650.00 (€ 115,593.70).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 21.049,79) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden.
