Despite a disappointment, a good price for Felix Gmelin
This work of art by Felix Gmelin could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm auction, the work "Untitled (In Paradise, the Highest Heavens)" changed hands for SEK 27,000.00 (€ 3,139.05) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 35,000.00 – 40,000.00. Despite this disappointing result, "Untitled (In Paradise, the Highest Heavens)" is the most expensive artwork by Felix Gmelin that we have observed at auction so far.
