Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Blue Rise by Felim Egan was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Irish Art auction at Sothebys in London in October 2007. The price achieved of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 11,668.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Other works by Felim Egan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2007 the work Foreland was auctioned for GBP 8,400.00 (€ 12,361.17).

Die Arbeit Blue Rise von Felim Egan wurde im Oktober 2007 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Irish Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 11.668,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden.
