Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2021 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Curated Milan, which included the work Bagnanti al pesce by Fausto Pirandello. The price achieved of EUR 23,940.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fausto Pirandello achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bagnanti in November last year with an auction result of EUR 240,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2021 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Curated Milan durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bagnanti al pesce von Fausto Pirandello zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 23.940,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fausto Pirandello erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bagnanti im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 240.000,00.
