Upper estimate price exceeded by 33 %.
In May last year Il Ponte held the auction Arte moderna e contemporanea, which included the work Nudo by Fausto Pirandello. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 20,000.00 33% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fausto Pirandello achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bagnanti in November last year with an auction result of EUR 240,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nudo von Fausto Pirandello zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 20.000,00 und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fausto Pirandello erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bagnanti im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 240.000,00.
