This work without title by Farideh Lashai was sold in the International Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Dubai in October 2007. It achieved a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 12,959.64), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Farideh Lashai - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work El Amal, which sold at auction in October 2011 for USD 72,100.00 (€ 51,695.71).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Farideh Lashai wurde im Oktober 2007 in der Auktion International Modern and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 12.959,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Für andere Arbeiten von Farideh Lashai mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit El Amal beobachtet, die im Oktober 2011 für USD 72.100,00 (€ 51.695,71) versteigert wurde.
