The price achieved of HKD 690,000.00 (€ 67,543.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Flowers And Insects Scrolls is the most expensive artwork by Fang Hengxian that we have observed at auctions so far.
