Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Zoo by Fan Kanglong was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2012. The price achieved of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 6,698.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Fan Kanglong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2011 the work Dog was auctioned for HKD 118,750.00 (€ 10,966.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Zoo von Fan Kanglong wurde im April 2012 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 6.698,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Fan Kanglong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2011 die Arbeit Dog für HKD 118.750,00 (€ 10.966,52) versteigert.
