Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Playing Clappers by Fan Kanglong was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2012. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 7,466.43) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Fan Kanglong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2011 the work Dog was auctioned for HKD 118,750.00 (€ 10,966.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Playing Clappers von Fan Kanglong wurde im Oktober 2012 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 7.466,43) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Fan Kanglong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2011 die Arbeit Dog für HKD 118.750,00 (€ 10.966,52) versteigert.
