This artwork by Ewen Henderson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in March 2016. In the Made in Britain auction, the work Two Tea Bowls sold for GBP 688.00 (€ 868.67) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 350.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ewen Henderson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Large Standing Form in September 2017 with an auction result of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,217.92).
