A top price for Evie Sydney Hone
In September 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Irish Art, which included this untitled work by Evie Sydney Hone. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,270.39). With this result, this work without title is even the most expensive work of art by Evie Sydney Hone that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im September 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Irish Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Evie Sydney Hone zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.270,39) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist dieses Werk ohne Titel sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Evie Sydney Hone, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
