Auction result misses estimated price range
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work The Ford, Mt. McKinley by Eustace Paul Ziegler for USD 38,175.00 (€ 33,363.92). This price was achieved in the auction Western Art at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Eustace Paul Ziegler have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in August 2021 by the work Ziggy and Ted at USD 40,312.50 (€ 34,163.14).
