Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Vue De Marseille by Eugène Galien-Laloue was sold in the European ArtHeritage and Innovation, 1850-1950 auction at Bonhams in May this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 5,737.50 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eugène Galien-Laloue achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bouquinistes sur le quai de Tournelle, Paris in April 2002 with an auction result of USD 89,625.00 (€ 99,561.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Vue De Marseille von Eugène Galien-Laloue wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion European ArtHeritage and Innovation, 1850-1950 bei Bonhams versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 5.737,50 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eugène Galien-Laloue erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bouquinistes sur le quai de Tournelle, Paris im April 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 89.625,00 (€ 99.561,21).
