Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Making Her Mark: 20th/21st Century Women Artists, which included the work Rainbow-2020-100 by Etsu Egami. The price achieved of HKD 252,000.00 (€ 257,341.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 300,000.00. Other works by Etsu Egami have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April this year the work Rainbow was auctioned for HKD 264,000.00 (€ 269,595.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Making Her Mark: 20th/21st Century Women Artists durch, in der auch die Arbeit Rainbow-2020-100 von Etsu Egami zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 252.000,00 (€ 257.341,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Etsu Egami konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April diesen Jahres die Arbeit Rainbow für HKD 264.000,00 (€ 269.595,65) versteigert.
