It achieved a price of EUR 8,922.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 27 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Erwin Olaf - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Hallway from Hope, which sold at auction in October 2014 for USD 43,750.00 (€ 34,916.20).

Die Arbeit Berlin - Stadtbad Neukölln - 2013 von Erwin Olaf kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 8.922,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 27 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Erwin Olaf mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Hallway from Hope beobachtet, die im Oktober 2014 für USD 43.750,00 (€ 34.916,20) versteigert wurde.
