Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Erling Ärlingsson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2010 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm auction, the work The wild river changed hands for SEK 14,000.00 (€ 1,502.38) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Erling Ärlingsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Harvest in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 84,000.00 (€ 9,454.09).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Erling Ärlingsson konnte im Oktober 2010 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm wechselte die Arbeit The wild river für SEK 14.000,00 (€ 1.502,38) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Erling Ärlingsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Harvest im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 84.000,00 (€ 9.454,09).
