The »bidding war« ended at EUR 4,375.00 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Erik Andriesse achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Giraf en springbok in October 2021 with an auction result of EUR 47,500.00.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 4.375,00 und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Erik Andriesse erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Giraf en springbok im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 47.500,00.
