Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2010 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Nineteen to Now,Art from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries including Indonesian Art and Topographical Observations, which included the work Amarylisses by Erik Andriesse. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,625.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Erik Andriesse achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Giraf en springbok in October 2021 with an auction result of EUR 47,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2010 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Nineteen to Now,Art from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries including Indonesian Art and Topographical Observations durch, in der auch die Arbeit Amarylisses von Erik Andriesse zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.625,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Erik Andriesse erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Giraf en springbok im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 47.500,00.
