Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Eric H. Olson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in November this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work "Optochromi-KH-3" changed hands for SEK 64,000.00 (€ 5,620.83) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Other works by Eric H. Olson have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2011 by the work "Optochromi - A4" at SEK 92,000.00 (€ 10,354.48).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Eric H. Olson konnte im November diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wechselte die Arbeit "Optochromi-KH-3" für SEK 64.000,00 (€ 5.620,83) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Eric H. Olson wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Mai 2011 die Arbeit "Optochromi - A4" mit SEK 92.000,00 (€ 10.354,48).
