In May last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Optochromi-TL8" by Eric H. Olson. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,202.59), 63% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Eric H. Olson; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Optochromi - A4" sold at auction in May 2011 with the realized price of SEK 92,000.00 (€ 10,354.48).

Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Optochromi-TL8" von Eric H. Olson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.202,59) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Eric H. Olson; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Optochromi - A4" im Mai 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 92.000,00 (€ 10.354,48).
