Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Lagoon At Dusk by Enrique Serra y Auque was sold in the British & Continental Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in October 2007. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 7,180.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enrique Serra y Auque achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spanish on The Terrace in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 169,250.00 (€ 205,823.75).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 7.180,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden.
