In May 2021 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work Two women by Endre Nemes. The result of SEK 50,000.00 (€ 4,936.85) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Endre Nemes have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Musiklektionen II" (The music lesson II) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 250,000.00 (€ 28,137.17).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2021 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two women von Endre Nemes zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 50.000,00 (€ 4.936,85) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Endre Nemes auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Musiklektionen II" (The music lesson II) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 250.000,00 (€ 28.137,17).
