Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Endre Nemes achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2021. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work Seated woman. sold for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 8,886.34) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Endre Nemes - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Musiklektionen II" (The music lesson II), which sold at auction in May 2011 for SEK 250,000.00 (€ 28,137.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Endre Nemes erzielte im Mai 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wurde die Arbeit Seated woman. für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 8.886,34) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Endre Nemes mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Musiklektionen II" (The music lesson II) beobachtet, die im Mai 2011 für SEK 250.000,00 (€ 28.137,17) versteigert wurde.
