In May 2019 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art Online, which included the work Society Lady by Emilio Sánchez. The result of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,587.77) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Emilio Sánchez have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sin título in July 2021 with an auction result of USD 37,800.00 (€ 31,861.09).

Im Mai 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Society Lady von Emilio Sánchez zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 3.587,77) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emilio Sánchez auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sin título im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 37.800,00 (€ 31.861,09).
