Auction result misses estimated price range
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work Portrait of a woman in a red dress standing in a living room with a glove in her hand by Emilie Mundt for DKK 25,000.00 (€ 3,353.82). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings and drawings at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 30,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Emilie Mundt have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October this year by the work To drenge på stranden i Skagen at DKK 50,000.00 (€ 6,699.47).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Portrait of a woman in a red dress standing in a living room with a glove in her hand von Emilie Mundt für DKK 25.000,00 (€ 3.353,82) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings and drawings bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Emilie Mundt wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres die Arbeit To drenge på stranden i Skagen mit DKK 50.000,00 (€ 6.699,47).
