It achieved a price of EUR 5,460.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Émile-Louis Picault achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Priest And The Scribe in April 2020 with an auction result of GBP 125,000.00 (€ 143,792.79).

Die Arbeit Le Fauconnier von Émile-Louis Picault wurde im September 2017 in der Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 5.460,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Émile-Louis Picault erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Priest And The Scribe im April 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 125.000,00 (€ 143.792,79).
