Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ohne Titel (Aus: Rignana-Folge). by Emil Cimiotti was sold in the From a Private Collection - 110 Prints and Works on Paper | ONLINE ONLY auction at VAN HAM in February this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 462.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emil Cimiotti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landschaftliches Motiv II in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 20,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ohne Titel (Aus: Rignana-Folge). von Emil Cimiotti wurde im Februar diesen Jahres in der Auktion From a Private Collection - 110 Prints and Works on Paper | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 462,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emil Cimiotti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landschaftliches Motiv II im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 20.000,00.
