Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Liegende IV. by Emil Cimiotti was auctioned at VAN HAM in Cologne in February 2021. The price achieved of EUR 516.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emil Cimiotti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landschaftliches Motiv II in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 20,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Liegende IV. von Emil Cimiotti kam im Februar 2021 bei VAN HAM in Köln zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 516,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emil Cimiotti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landschaftliches Motiv II im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 20.000,00.
