(30.5cms x 36.5cms), pencil signed and numbered 32/75; and a further hand coloured etching depicting a lady and gentleman holding a stand with a flowering stem, standing amongst bamboo in the snow -- 12½in. x 14 1/8in. (31.7cms x 36cms), pencil signed and numbered 40/75, both framed and glazed.

Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

(30.5cms x 36.5cms), pencil signed and numbered 32/75; and a further hand coloured etching depicting a lady and gentleman holding by Elyse Ashe Lord was sold in the AT HOME - JAPANESE CERAMICS AND WORKS OF ART auction at Christies in London in June 2003. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 400.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 411.25 (€ 590.99). Other works by Elyse Ashe Lord have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 750.00 (€ 963.34) in September 2014 for the work A Japanese deity rising to the sky.
