Strawberry Roan signed and numbered 75/75 in pencil (there were also 10 artist's proofs), published by Waddington Graphics, London; Anthony and Cleopatra signed and numbered 'A/P. XXIV/XXV' in pencil (one of 25 artist's proofs, the edition was 200) published by the Royal Shakespeare Company, London, both unframed.

It achieved a price of GBP 2,413.00 (€ 4,038.54), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 61%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Elisabeth Frink achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seated Man in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 1,082,500.00 (€ 1,352,531.96).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.413,00 (€ 4.038,54) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 61%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Elisabeth Frink erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seated Man im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.082.500,00 (€ 1.352.531,96).
