Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work 'Untitled (God. Goat)' by Elisabeth Frieberg. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 36,000.00 (€ 3,048.83), 20% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Elisabeth Frieberg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "White, Black, Death, Gold" in April this year with an auction result of SEK 140,000.00 (€ 12,376.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Untitled (God. Goat)' von Elisabeth Frieberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 36.000,00 (€ 3.048,83) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Elisabeth Frieberg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "White, Black, Death, Gold" im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 140.000,00 (€ 12.376,81).
